  • Social authentication (Google, Facebook, or Apple) where applicable.

3.3 Account Restrictions

  • You must not use another person’s account without their permission.
  • AviaLinker reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Buyers and Sellers must subscribe to access premium features such as connecting with sellers, posting additional ads, or unlocking contact details.
  • Subscription options include monthly and yearly plans.

4.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments are managed via in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • All transactions are subject to the terms and policies of these platforms.

4.3 Refunds

  • Refunds are governed by the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Please review their terms for eligibility and processing of refunds.

5. User Responsibilities:

5.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  1. Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  2. Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
  3. Engage in harassment, spamming, or other abusive behavior.
  4. Bypass security measures or attempt unauthorized access.

5.2 Compliance

You must comply with aviation industry standards, local laws, and regulations when using the Platform.

Content and Listings

6.1 User-Generated Content

  1. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of ads, descriptions, and uploaded media.
  2. By posting content, you grant AviaLinker a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content.

6.2 Ad Moderation

  1. AviaLinker reserves the right to review, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms or platform guidelines.

6.3 Reporting Mechanism

  1. Users may report inappropriate ads or behavior. Reported content will be reviewed and may be removed at AviaLinker’s discretion.

7. Chat System

  1. The chat feature is ad-specific and available to users with active subscriptions.
  2. Users may not use the chat system to send unsolicited messages, advertisements, or harmful content.
  3. AviaLinker does not monitor chat messages in real-time but reserves the right to review reported conversations for compliance.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by AviaLinker.
  2. Users may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Platform is governed by the AviaLinker Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Termination of Use

AviaLinker may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
