The platform provides an automated aircraft valuation tool that generates indicative market value reports based on publicly available market data, expert-calibrated models, and user-provided inputs.
The service is available in three tiers:

They do not constitute certified appraisals or formal valuations compliant with ISTAT, ASA, RICS or equivalent professional standards, and must not be relied upon for financing, insurance, litigation, regulatory or accounting purposes.
The results are based solely on information provided by the user and publicly available market data. The service provider does not verify user inputs, audit technical records, or perform physical inspections.
The service does not constitute financial, legal, technical, or investment advice. Users are solely responsible for any decisions made based on the output of this platform. Independent technical due diligence by a qualified professional is recommended before any aircraft transaction.
While reasonable care is taken in preparing the valuation models and maintaining market reference data, no guarantee is given as to accuracy, completeness, or reliability. The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties (express or implied) are excluded.
Differences of approximately 10–20% between asking prices and observed market values are common in this market segment. This range does not constitute an error in the service.
To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, the service provider shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, revenue, business or opportunity, or for decisions taken based on the report.
For paid services, liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific report. For free services, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Nothing limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable VAT before purchase. Given the immediate digital delivery of PDF reports, payments are non-refundable once the report has been generated and delivered, except where required by applicable consumer law.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your report, please contact us at info@avialinker.com within 48 hours and we will resolve it promptly.
Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, by requesting and downloading an immediately-generated digital report, you expressly consent to the service beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon delivery of the digital content (pursuant to Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, implemented in Spain by Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007).
All content, reports, methodology, and software are owned by or licensed to the service provider and are protected by intellectual property law. Reports purchased are licensed for the user's personal, internal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without express written permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Consumer users may bring claims in the courts of their country of residence. Business users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain.
